    Delivery takes approximately 2 business days in Quebec and 3 business days to Ontario (Faster delivery and same day delivery in Quebec is available at an additional charge, please contact us for details) and up to 5 business days elsewhere in Canada. Warm Weather Shipping: During summer months we can ship chocolate products to customers in Quebec and Ontario only with one-day transit time. We charge $3 per case for ice packs, to ensure freshness.

    Shelf Life: Chocolate is very delicate and sensitive to heat and humidity and has limited shelf life. As such, we recommend that you indulge and enjoy our delicacies within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please store our chocolates at room temperature between 15-19 degrees (C) away from strong odors and humidity. Claims for Shortages/Damages: All damages, short shipments or discrepancies should be reported immediately to "Cocoa Delices Chocolaterie", via email. Depending on the nature of the complaint we may have the damaged goods picked up for further investigation. DO NOT dispose of these items without authorization.
